Job Role - The key areas of responsibilities are as follows:
- Increase AUM, Net Sales, and Market Share of at the Branch
- Channel management across IFAs, National Distributors and Banks
- Team Management and development of sub ordinates
- Ensure standards of Customer Service and Compliance are met at the Branch
- Monitoring the servicing of clients with regards to their payments, redemptions, and specific queries
Knowledge & Essential Skills:
- Ability to think through & implement necessary strategies to insure healthy shares in the region
- Relationship skills necessary to manage high end distributors & investors.
- In-depth knowledge of MF industry, products & Financial Markets (Equity / Debt / ETFs)
- High Enthusiasm & Aggression
- Team Managing Skills
- Pleasing personality & excellent communication skills
Academics:
Minimum Qualification: Full-time Graduation; Full time MBA; NISM certified;
Remarks:
- AMC / Insurance / Banking industry
Salary offered: 9 - 12 LPA
