Responsibilities of the team:
Coordination with client on a call daily, weekly and monthly basis for Process Improvements, Process updates and changes in process Directions.
Analyze various Operations reports including team performance reports and have a Team Performance feedback session.
Review of conventional mortgage loan applications.
Own and Drive continuous improvement within the process through actively identifying such opportunities through Quality initiatives.
Skills:
Looking for candidates who have NMLS license specifically for California state.
Should have experience in Mortgage process.
