Branch Manager - Media Sales

Job Description for Branch Managers:

- To develop new business opportunities by marketing online Directory based solutions.

- Developing good and cooperative working relationships with Customers and maintaining them over time.

- Will be responsible for hiring, training and development of the team members.

- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control.

- Handling a team of Assistant Sales Mangers and Sales Executives.

- Detailed report on weekly achievement Vis a Vis the targets.

- To coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely compliance of client’s deliverables.

Requirements:

- Post Graduate from a reputed institution.

- 5 – 6 years of experience in space selling.

- Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills and Interpersonal skills.

- Ability to meet the target and handle a team.

- Atleast 1-2 years of experience of handling a Branch or Profit Centre independently
