Job Scope / Summary:


Accountable for overseeing, leading, directing, and managing all aspects of an assigned regions operations including developing strategies for improved operational excellence, customer service, and business development, and ensuring compliance with ISO guidelines and any appropriate regulatory requirements. Responsible for building a world-class team and motivating and leading staff while optimizing costs, increasing revenues and improving profitability. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values. A self-starter with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record.


Key responsibilities:


- Responsible for achieving the P & L goals of the assigned Branch operations.


- Plan and implement appropriate resources (staffing, training, equipment, and systems) for the satisfactory achievement of corporate and region goals.


- Provide the branch operations team with daily guidance, leadership and overall support on any issues relating to operations, communication, and revenue enhancement, human resources, standardizing procedures, systems applications, and executing processes to meet customer needs.


- Work directly with management in establishing region and/or local goals within the parameters of the branch/regions operations business plan.


- Develop and execute policies, plans, and programs to meet anticipated organizational needs in the areas of functional responsibility.


- Work collaboratively with the staff of sales, marketing, customer service, operations, IT and general office administration.


- Provide leadership, assistance, and product training to the operation and sales team to meet company and region goals.


- Review and evaluate the branch/regions P & L performance and establish short term goals to address and correct any budgetary shortfalls.


- Develop continuous improvement methodology in key areas of service, profit and growth.


- Develop customer relationships and ensure that customer service and operational levels within the regions operations are being maintained.


- Assist the region with sales presentations, customer bids, and the promotion of all products and services.


- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, guidelines, and applicable regulatory guidelines.


- Oversee and manage the professional development and productivity of staff members to ensure proper goals, training, professional development and project requirements are met; and succession plans in place for all key regional positions.


- Personally coach, train and mentor direct reports and provide career development opportunities through training, and quality management activities.


- Conduct annual performance reviews for all staff within the department.


- Address all employee performance problems promptly and directly in accordance with Company personnel policies.


- Keep abreast of emerging technology changes and innovations through formal or informal study, reading business and professional publications, networking, and participation in professional organizations.


- Perform other duties as assigned
