- Maintaining and developing relationships with Distributors / Partners via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Handling team in Proper Manner.
- Downloading the information flow in the systematic way and clear communication to all.
- Training and motivating the retailer, sales team to achieve their targets there by resulting in achievement of the stated targets.
- Analysing and mapping competitors and providing timely information of new competitor launches, schemes to HO.
- Implementing various marketing strategies and try to create more visibility of our Brand.
- Motivating team to do their tasks with in the given time. Timely doing Review and update to team about the achievement and pending things.
