Job Responsibilities :
Team of Agent.
- Help in Branch Operations, Administration, helping in setting in upcoming branches .
- Empanelment of High Net worth Individual and Retail Advisors
- Taking new initiative for adv. Recruitment's and business planning and Implementations
- Market Development & Expansion with more emphasis on increasing the - Retail reach Planning, Forecasting & developing the Business for the company.
- Managing Day to day Activities of the Branch.
- Achieve Branch Sales Targets.
- Planning & implementing of sales & marketing related activities for the branch.
- Promote & manage the productivity of the Managers.
- Monitor and review function and take corrective actions.
- Staff motivation; low attrition; career counseling.
- Support recruitment of staff; performance appraisals.
- Ensure periodic training of staff:- Knowledge; Technical Expertise Relationship skills
- Service Skills Sales Skills Personality Development
- You will manage overall sales & profitability of the Area/Location/City. Send your Planning & implementing of sales & marketing related activities for the branch.
