Job Responsibilities :

- Experience from Insurance Industry is must

- Managing and Driving a Team of Managing Partners, Agency Partners & Life Advisors.

- Working as a profit center head and responsible for the profitability of the Unit.

- Designing and conducting training modules for Agency Partners and Advisors.

- Conduct reviews discussions / wake up meetings as and when required.

- Mobilizing & Managing business through Distributions.

- Ensuring growth on productivity on month on month basis.
