To recruit and manage a unit of 15 Manager Distribution within the Area Office achieving business and cost targets by growing, developing and retaining a quality Field Force.

- To achieve targets for business from the unit of 15 Manager distribution, productivity and persistency of business.

- Strategize and implement local sales promotion activities

- To promote a customer centric culture among both staff and field force

- Protect and promote the brand value of the company

- Lead, inspire, motivate and manage the team so as to have effective control on attrition of key resources

- Be updated on all relevant developments in the Insurance industry.
