Position : Branch Manager / Branch Head

Salary : BM ( Upto Rs 11 lacs) and Branch Manager( upto Rs14 lacs)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Handling the team of 16-20 souring Manager and achieving the Branch Target with the team.

2. Recruitment of Sourcing Managers with the help of Human Resource Dept

3. Developing and Motivating the team and making the competent enough to achieve the target .
