We are hiring for the position of Branch Manager with a Leading Diversified Group for Nigeria.

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Job Description

- Mapping the key markets, finding the key buyers of bags and appointing new customers and initiating business.

- Hiring, training and supervising sales representatives and ensuring that volumes targets are executed.

- Implementing schemes and promos for distributors to grow sales

- Building these relationships to ensure we capture higher shares of wallets of the distributors

- Ensuring all systems and processes of stock, sales and outstanding reconciliations are in place and risks in control for the business.

- Ensuring that bag-marks are visible and available in all key markets
