The role involves the Branch Manager to formulate a market strategy to holistically build, enhance and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to develop the market capital and enhance value for the key stakeholders of the businesses.

- The Branch Manager must thoroughly assess and examine the development and execution of the market strategy through leading and working with a team driven to complement the outlined core values, corporate strategy and the firm's long term vision.

- Educating the customers and market on the business, core values and impact through representing and further building the brand of the firm in identified networks and market channels.

- Revenue Generation for the assigned portfolio of global partners, countries and business verticals for the specified region(s).

Market Expansion & Growth : Assessing local market conditions, developing business plans and executing market strategies such that relationships are strengthened and enhanced with the user base, institutions, partners and key stakeholders to deliver greater business impact and leverage growth opportunities.

Performance Management : Instill a strong team based and collaborative culture that contributes toward a productive working environment and culture with greater accountability, coordination and synergy between people and functions at all levels.

Learning & Development : Being an active participant and agent in the learning & development programmes designed to equip the people to align their goals and objectives with that of the firm and its core values.
