Branch Manager - Diagnostics

Job Purpose:

- To manage the home healthcare operations of the region/area assigned.

- Responsible for the operations and P&L of the region assigned.

Key Accountabilities-

- Operational know how of the visit booking, execution, issues and customer feedback.

- Team management of the technician team rostering, leave management.

- To manage the team of technicians in the area and responsible for the attendance management, rostering, area mapping, compensation management.

- To maintain record of all the visits carried out by each technician.

- To minimize the number of visits outsourced month on month.

- To reallocate resources and manage operations during leaves, absenteeism.
