Job Responsibilities:

PURPOSE - The key purpose is to enable people to transition to a modern mattress and in the process enable them to have a comfortable Service

What: The key task is to build profitable operations to serve this large populace spread across the nook and corner of the small towns of India.

HOW: Implement and Monitor sales strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales, profitability and improve market share of COMPANY on a sustainable basis in the overall category. Strategically build Sales Team & Channels for achieving business objectives while maintaining customer relationships.

Key Accountability: Sales Target, Channel Development , Market Development & Penetration, Customer Satisfaction, Team Development.

Key Decision: Build the sales & distribution and last mile retail channel footprint, B2B / institutional sales, prioritize on-ground investments for brand awareness and conversion at the POS, team hiring
