Job Purpose - 

Ensure and support Branch Sales Deliverables in respect of location city and upcountry locations

Principal Accountabilities - 

1. B2B Sales

2. Sales and distribution in Industrial division in the city and surrounding areas.

3. Managing Key Accounts

4. Responsible for Branch operations

5. Despatches

6. Warehouse Management

7. Financial Control / Commercial function of the branch

8. Managing people - 15 - 20 Coats employees, 20 - 30 C & FA employees

9. Sales growth in terms of volumes and market share

10. Recruitment of Sales force / Front line Sales Staff

11. Training and development of sales personnel.
