Qualification :

- Any Graduate (BE/B.Tech / Arts and Science-Any stream).

- Post Graduate (ME/MTech/MA/MSc etc)

Job Location : Chennai.

Experience : 5 Years (Insurance)

Salary : 6L To 8L PA

Job Description :

- To Recruit and handle a team of freelancers and motivate / train / push them to sell the residential units

- Should be passionate in Sales and Marketing

- Will be responsible to handle a Branch of freelancers

- The Management is ready to offer one month CTC for all the openings and liase with you for all the recruitment needs at all our Branches in future.

- Have direct responsibility in increasing revenues and profitability.

- Make decisions based on their market and community, and develop plans to increase their customer base.

- Are proactive, involved in the community and with their customers, and don't wait for business to walk through the door.

- Have the freedom to hire, coach, and develop staff in all lines of business.
