Branch Manager - Co-operative Bank

Location: Delhi, Goa & Mumbai

Job responsibilities:

- Own all branch-banking objectives and overall branch supervision

- Ensure achievement of overall & product specific branch targets by generating business and cross sales

- Responsible for managing the Branch Profitability, ensuring high quality service and customer relations

- Develop & implement strategies towards enhancing market penetration, business volumes and growth

- Key Customer Relationship Management & supervision of all High Net Worth customer programs

- Ensure all components of the branch sales model function as per design

- Complaints Handling

- Review Branch Operations reports

- Branch Merchandising & co-ordination with Marketing at product level

- Closely work with Front office teams, Relationship managers, Tellers, Asset teams & direct sales teams for product penetration in the area

- Liaise with product managers at corporate office

- Review of all critical reports, monitor cash levels, fraud control, ensure requisite compliance with all applicable rules and regulations including specifically KYC, AML requirements in line with the policies and procedures of Bank

Candidate profile:

- A graduate or a post graduate with a minimum experience of 8+ years in branch/ retail banking with exposure to all banking products

- Should atleast be holding the responsibility of an authorizer for a period of more than 2 years. Deputy to a branch manager will be an advantage with a team handling experience of more than 3 years

- A pleasing personality, should posses excellent communication skills

- Should be able to lead by example with a keen eye to business, operations, administration & quality service
