1. Responsible for driving sales and brokerage revenue through Relationship Manager & advisor and make sure they achieve their KRA
2. Revenue product-wise, segment wise and Branch level Profit
3. Resolve all back office issues and ensure smooth operations at the branch
4. Adhere to agreed SLA's for the branch
5. Monitor processes and suggest improvements based on contact with customers
6. Recruitment, training and retention of manpower as per approval
Eligibility :
1. Degree in any discipline
2. 5+ years in the Broking industry
3. 3+ year of experience in handling a team.
