- Possessing accountability for generating revenue and directly responsible for P&L of Unit i.e. Centralized Dealing Desk.
- Managing dealing desk with 10 to 15 dealers.
- Maintaining high Activation Ratio and High no. of traded clients.
- Drive team in achieving business objectives of revenue & client acquisition with various product mix.
- Organizing seminar's and road Shows at corporate on SIP, MF's and PMS.
- Extended trainings to team members on Technical Analysis, Options Strategies and Currency & Commodities.
- Recommending and guiding the clients on investment strategies.
- Suggesting clients on Options Strategies and generating High Multiplier of branch.
- Analyzing the Micro & Macro factors and their impact to the equity market.
- Evaluating portfolios of HNI & Ultra HNI clients and providing the right Mix.
