Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Delhi & Mumbai
Education: MBA in Finance or related field/Graduate
Desired certifications: Any relevant certifications in management or financial services.
Experience: 4-7 years of Proven experience in a managerial role within the financial services industry.
Role:
- Generate revenues and add new clients / AUM through referrals while managing client portfolio risk and within organization risk norms
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve revenue targets and enhance team productivity.
- Implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard the branch and client interests.
- Develop and maintain a broad understanding of financial products and services.
- Foster a culture of cross-selling to achieve a balanced revenue mix.
P&L Management:
- Efficiently manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the branch, ensuring financial targets are met.
People Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Risk Management:
- Implement robust risk management practices to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the risk landscape in the financial industry.
Broad Product Understanding:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and maintain a comprehensive understanding of financial products and services.
- Provide guidance to the team on product offerings and market dynamics.
Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth for the branch.
- Identify new business opportunities and enhance existing client relationships.
Cross-Sell and Balanced Revenue Mix:
- Promote a culture of cross-selling to ensure a balanced revenue mix.
- Strategically analyze and diversify revenue streams.
Must Have:
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent team management and motivational abilities.
- Thorough understanding of risk management and compliance.
- Broad understanding of financial products and services.
- Handled Broking Products like (Equities (Stocks),Bonds,Mutual Funds,Derivatives (Options and Futures),Commodities,Currency Trading (Forex),Insurance Products,Financial Planning and Advisory Services,Portfolio Management Services,Research and Analysis
