Branch Manager - BFSI/NBFC

We are urgently looking for the position of Branch Manager serving in Banking/Non Banking Industry.

Note : An applicant should have full knowledge of Local Market or should be a localite.

Job Description

- New Client Acquisition & Business generation.

- Responsible for P & L of the branch.

- Responsible for individual & branch targets.

- Handling a Team of Deputy Managers, Assistant Managers, Executives.

- Responsible for Team - Monitoring, Motivation, Grooming, Training, Timely Review & feedback

- Customer Relationship Management

- Manage Overdue Collections.

Desired Profile :

- Should be from loan vertical (Personal, Mortgage, Home Loan, Loan against Property, Equipment Finance etc.)

- Should have exposure to direct sales

- Should have exposure to local market

- Should be in current assignment from past 1 year

- Should have Job stability in current & previous assignments.

- Should be from NBFC/Banking sector.
