1. Responsible for driving and achieving the sales target for the Branch along with the profitability
2. Responsible for Expansion of Distribution Network and Identifying the potential Location and work on Expansion
3. To Establish strong relationships and provide the necessary sales support to the distributors and increase the sales
4. Visibility with the distributors through Telephone calls, one to one meeting, regular dissemination of marketing material (Fact sheets, Brochures), mailers, group meetings with distributor RM/clients of distributors
5. Responsible for Distributor Servicing for Branch
6. Take steps for development of long term relationship/association with the key/potential distributors in order to generate repetitive business
7. Create awareness & for building brand by organizing events, conferences, product sessions for distributors for top-of-the-mind recall
8. Soft skills training in terms of Communication, Motivation etc. for distributors specially for smaller / one man location
9. Ensuring that the distributors are trained on all products and Operational procedures and Informed on the Regulatory Changes on regular basis
8. Ensure that the market information of competitors is informed to the central team on a regular basis
10. Monitor all the operational transactions happening in the Branch as per the Compliance guidelines and Customer Service
11. Responsible for the Audit observations for the Branch
12. Managing the branch budget and Expenses
13. Working in Collaboration with HR and Admin matters such as, renovation, Purchasing, Property Services, Dispatch, Courier, Distributor Payout, Debit Notes, etc
14. Recruitment for replacement/new addition for a team member by checking their fitment
