I have urgent requirement in one of the leading Indian private Bank.

Job Description-

- Achieve Business targets.

- Customer Service.

- Establish and maintain high level of Customer Satisfaction.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues/concern.

- Ensuring high engagement levels in the branch Staff.

- Leading the Branch Banking Team to achieve the Branch Goals.

- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.

- Identification of potential target segments of customers. Monitoring the sales and marketing operations & accountable for increasing sales growth and driving sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals.

- Handling day to day activities in coordination with internal/external departments for smooth business operations

Note-Candidate should have at least 7Yrs experience in Banking sector.

Currently should be working as a Branch Manager in banking sector only.
