Branch Manager - Bank

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the bank's objectives

- Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for bank personnel

- Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans

Required Skills:

- Candidate must be working as a BM currently and should have BM role handling experience of atleast 1 year.

- The BM Profile at IndusInd is an absolute sales driven position, we need people who have an expertise in handling Wealth, i.e. LI, MF & TPP Products.

- Should have spent over 1 year in the current organisation

- No gaps in career between jobs

- Age - must be less than 40 years
