We hve an opening in Indusind bank as a Branch Manager

Location : Delhi/Gurgaon/Faridabad/Noida

CTC : 7-18 LPA

Exp : 6-12 yrs

Job Description :

- Led the branch, by example, to not only meet the expected performance levels, but to surpass the set goals.

- Possess customer centric approach and ensured that the entire team focuses on customer connect and engagement resulting in customer delight.

- Strategized on need based selling with product offerings based on client benefit & financial ease.

- Managed the internal customers with excellent coordination and liaison amongst various departments like CPU, Legal dept., NRI cell, credit teams etc. to ensure smooth service delivery to the external customers.

- Safeguarded bank's interest by zero tolerance for non compliance in branch operations.

- Mentored new joinees in the team and acclimatized them to the systems, processes & the environment thereby ensuring high resource productivity.
