Job Description:

- Branch Banking Vertical specializes in acquiring/sourcing/expanding and developing High net worth customer relationships for retail liabilities and commercial assets through external individual efforts or acquisition channels. We also cross-sell other bank products to existing customers mapped to us and inform customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage Branch Profitability, assuring high quality service, and Customer Relationship Management by leading a results-oriented workforce.

- Ensure attainment of overall Branch Targets through generating business and cross sales

- Own all branch banking objectives and overall branch supervision

- Management of key customer relationships and oversight of all High Net Worth customer programmes

- Ensure that all components of the branch sales model work as intended.

- Handling of Complaints

- Examine reports from Branch Operations

- Branch Merchandising & Product Coordination with Marketing

- Examine the vault register

- Examine dummy and suspense accounts
