One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.

POSITION:- Branch Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

- Work closely with the Branch Operations Manager to ensure high levels of customer service are delivered and utilise their support to ensure smooth operation of the branch.

- Manage staff to ensure all employees are clear on work priorities and activities

- Conduct daily huddles with the team to provide them with a clear focus and motivate them for the day ahead -Coach the team through actively providing constructive feedback, guidance and support

- Oversee branch controls and compliance with defined operational policies and procedures to effectively manage risk and ensure excellent internal audit ratings are achieved

- Lead the recruitment and selection of staff across sales and operations roles within the branch, and ensure new staff are properly on-boarded

- Deal with customer issues or complaints quickly and efficiently when escalated

- Ensure appropriate escalation of issues to Head Office

DESIRED PROFILE:

- We are looking for MBA's from premier institutes with 4 - 9yrs of relevant experience.
