Branch Manager - Bank

Below are the job responsibilities for the role :

- Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service branch office, including CASA, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives.

- Responsible to manage & oversee complete branch activities like: sales, transactions, documentation, business development & team management.

- Manage a team of relationship officers to drive client acquisition, building household-level customer relationships and capitalizing on lifetime value in each relationship.

- Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and retention of account relationship.

- Monitor & monitor collections and recoveries of repayments against loans.

- Assess and monitor portfolio quality and loan limits.

- Develop and implement livelihood advancement and community development initiatives.
