Job Description:

- Drive Product, business and support channel partners in their respective regions and cluster for GI.

- Driving various contests and communication for maximum penetration and quality acquisition of insurance business.

- Achieving sales targets for the allotted cluster and channel in Bancassurance

- Identifying and sourcing business opportunities by working closely with bank branches for the assigned location

- Training bank's branches on various General Insurance products

- Establishing strong business relationship with the banking team

- Providing the team with analytical based inputs to increase sales

- Publishing of business dashboards to measure performance

- Taking initiative in executing various campaigns, projects and schemes in liaison with channel partners to push sales, increase product penetration and improve customer base
