Branch Manager (Automobile )

Job Description:

- We are currently seeking TWO experienced Branch Managers to oversee our operations in Bahrain.

- The successful candidates will be responsible for managing all aspects of branch operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

- Additionally, they will be tasked with fostering a positive workplace culture that respects Bahraini customs, values diversity, and promotes inclusion.

- The Branch Managers will collaborate with local authorities and industry associations to stay informed about regulatory changes and industry trends affecting branch operations in Bahrain.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and administrative functions, to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the branch.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards, including labor laws, licensing requirements, and health and safety regulations, to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory compliance.

- Foster a positive workplace culture that respects Bahraini customs, values diversity, and promotes inclusion, to create a conducive work environment for employees.

- Lead and mentor branch staff, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and capabilities and promote career development opportunities.

- Collaborate with local authorities and industry associations to stay informed about regulatory changes and industry trends affecting branch operations in Bahrain, and proactively address any potential impacts on the business.

- Develop and implement branch policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

- Monitor branch performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales targets, customer satisfaction metrics, and operational metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

- Represent the company at local events, conferences, and networking forums to promote brand awareness, build relationships with key stakeholders, and identify business opportunities.

- Prepare and submit reports on branch performance, operational activities, and market trends to senior management as required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 5-7 years of experience in branch management or related roles, preferably in the Gulf region.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and objectives.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Gulf experience and driving license required.

Age requirement: 30-45 years.

Salary:

Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidates.
