Function: Distribution

Experience: 3+ Years of work experience in Agency channel in Life Insurance Company

Note: Age should not be more than 35 Years, Team Handing experience is must

Location: Mumbai

Job Role:

- Design, Implement and drive short and long term strategy for APC channel in the area

- Play a key role in the definition of the short and long term channel strategy in the area

- Push the business plans in alignment to the strategy.

- Put in place effective mechanisms to garner market intelligence and competitive practices

- Lead the branch towards a profitable and sustainable business and ensure business quality

- Drive Distribution Model towards increasing penetration and building a sustainable distribution model
