We have few very urgent BRANCH HEAD positions in one of BEST LIFE INSURANCE organizations across the following location --

LOCATIONS - CHENNAI { 1 position }

OFFERED CTC - 7lac to 9lac approx ; depending upon current CTC.

POSITION - Branch IN CHARGE ( TIED AGENCY )

JOB DESCRIPTION -

Responsibilities & Leadership:

1) Manages the Branch as a revenue center head with total revenue new & a collection.

2) Ensures recruitment and development & Retention of all associates in the Branch in that office.

3) Key role in making branch achieve its targets; manage the costs within the budget as per the Apex ratio.

4) Local liaison, Agency Training Performance appraisal for the Office employees.

5) Monitors the productivity of the Branch as per the business standard of company GPA [Grate Point Analysis] Case rate, paid cases per agent, YTD appointments, SM appointments, case active agent retention rate, FYC, MAFYP, annual mode business and persistency

6) Track competition on products, infrastructure & initiatives, develop & execute plans for growth of the agency.

7) Recruit Agency Manager / Training Manager / Operations proffessionals for the Branch.

8) Identifying the various market segments & categories & strategizing methods to explore them for meeting the high standards of recruitments.

9) Ensure retention of Agency Manager/Training Manager/Operation & Agents.

10) Formulate and implement development plans, Meet training needs.

11) Communicate with them on a regular basis.

12) Implement reward and recognition programs for the Agent Advisors & Agency Manager/ Training Manager/ Operation for the Branch.

13) Ensure that service delivery to customers as per standards

14) Ensure the delivery of pre-licensing and post licensing training for Agent Advisors.

15) Customize and reinforce the GOLD System at the office with all the dept.

16) Ensure that all agent advisors follow GOLD standards and are trained on it.

17) HO & Local co-ordination for ARDM, RSDM, Direct Sales Team, Bank Insurance, Emerging Markets, Group Insurance all functions.

18) Performance Rating.

19) Developing the people to sale insurance product, which need highly personalized selling & sold through Advisers & handling skill sales force & to know defend methods of selling through a team of life insurance Advisors form diversified background which are not accustomed to professional selling.

20) Design and launching sales promotional scheme, Strategic Planning's & Flawless Execution.

Corporate presentation of products and institutional sales .

INDUSTRY PREFERENCE - INSURANCE ( LIFE ) ; Current good performing Branch Heads from nearby locations within the territory of operation.
