We have few very urgent branch head positions in one of best life insurance organizations across the following location :
Locations : Bangalore ( 2 positions ), Chennai, Hyderabad ( 1 position each )
Offered CTC : 8lac to 11lac approx ; depending upon current CTC.
Position : Branch IN CHARGE ( TIED AGENCY )
Job Description :
Responsibilities & Leadership :
- Manages the Branch as a revenue center head with total revenue new & a collection.
- Ensures recruitment and development & Retention of all associates in the Branch in that office.
- Key role in making branch achieve its targets; manage the costs within the budget as per the Apex ratio.
- Local liaison, Agency Training Performance appraisal for the Office employees.
- Monitors the productivity of the Branch as per the business standard of company GPA [Grate Point Analysis] Case rate, paid cases per agent, YTD appointments, SM appointments, case active agent retention rate, FYC, MAFYP, annual mode business and persistence
- Track competition on products, infrastructure & initiatives, develop & execute plans for growth of the agency.
- Recruit Agency Manager / Training Manager / Operations proffessionals for the Branch.
- Identifying the various market segments & categories & strategizing methods to explore them for meeting the high standards of recruitment's.
- Ensure retention of Agency Manager/Training Manager/Operation & Agents.
- Formulate and implement development plans, Meet training needs.
- Communicate with them on a regular basis.
- Implement reward and recognition programs for the Agent Advisors & Agency Manager/ Training Manager/ Operation for the Branch.
- Ensure that service delivery to customers as per standards
- Ensure the delivery of pre-licensing and post licensing training for Agent Advisors.
- Customize and reinforce the GOLD System at the office with all the dept.
- Ensure that all agent advisors follow GOLD standards and are trained on it.
- HO & Local co-ordination for ARDM, RSDM, Direct Sales Team, Bank Insurance, Emerging Markets, Group Insurance all functions.
- Performance Rating.
- Developing the people to sale insurance product, which need highly personalized selling & sold through Advisers & handling skill sales force & to know defend methods of selling through a team of life insurance Advisors form diversified background which are not accustomed to professional selling.
- Design and launching sales promotional scheme, Strategic Planning's & Flawless Execution.
- Corporate presentation of products and institutional sales .
Industry Preference - Insurance/NBFC/BANKING/BFSI ; Current good performing Branch Heads from nearby locations within the territory of operation. On rolls team handling mandatory.
