With a vision to connect every international traveler with convenient and cost effective solutions, we have established ourselves as the undisputed market leader.  Role : Branch HR  Job details :  - Implement the company's recruitment strategy through manpower planning and by following standard recruitment processes  - Coordinate with job consultants and other vendors to source candidates  - Screen candidate profiles through job portals and employee referrals  - Inform job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions and career growth opportunities  - Carry out / assist with joining and onboarding activities - complete background investigations and induction programmes  - Plan / monitor employee appraisal exercise (including appraisals of employees on probation), assist in normalizing the ratings at the branch level and get the necessary sign-offs from relevant stakeholders  - Identify training requirements, conduct training sessions, evaluate training effectiveness and maintain records of employee participation in all training and development programs  - Address employee grievances (including harassment allegations) and counseling employees on a need basis  - Plan and conduct employee engagement activities at the branch level including recognizing and awarding good performance  - Maintain and update MIS - preparing or updating employment records related to hiring and performance appraisals and training activities  - Coordinate with personnel department in file management and in processing transfers, promotions, and separations  - Ensure process adherence throughout the branch  - Conduct regular meetings with supervisors and branch head to evaluate manpower / training requirements and to assess/discuss overall employee performance, with a special focus on employees who need course correction  - In conjunction with the branch head and central HR team, ensure that all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law, and that all the employees are up to date with changes in any policies  Eligibility criteria :  - Graduate / Post Graduate with (3 to 6 years) of experience in end to end Recruitment  - Good exposure to Mass Hiring and Vendor Management for Sales roles  - Experience in process management and ensuring process adherence by fellow employees  - Working knowledge of recruitment / job portals  - Working knowledge of MS Excel  - Good communication and negotiation skills  - No gap in employment  Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Pune  Salary offered: 6 - 9 LPA
