- Identify new smart sell avenues, form the idea to execute, get sponsors, co-create the solution with the client and position the brand. Brainstorm ideas with team members.Meet existing high value / major Clients and Advertising Agencies (Business Associates) periodically and update about BCCL production.
- Operations Management and Sales Reviews along with Resource Optimization
- Define & execute sales strategy for local-to-local business and incremental business (created business); plan for monetization of revenue opportunities in a region/ branch; enhance brand awareness, drive strategy execution through periodic sales reviews and oversee branch operations.
- Use data analytics and technology. Close deals with clients to enable meeting the annual sales targets and ensuring sustained year-on-year revenue growth and market share growth.
