We are hiring for Branch Head-Sales for Punjab Region for an MNC  Exp : 14 -18 yrs  Salary : 15-20 lac including incentives   Qualification : Graduate/ MBA  Position Purpose :   - Lead the team from the front, guide & support them to deliver results by proactively giving them quick solutions.   - Do market development, create market for our products   - Convert market potential into sales through CBS   - Spearhead the Branch as Profit Center Head + Team Leader  - Be the company's Brand Ambassdor in the state  Job Profile :  - Develop team and bring out 100% productivity from each team member  - To do market coverage area wise, covering RDs, ADs, Builders, Architects, GIS and Hospitality  - Take personal ownership of top customers of the state  - Add new customers to the kitty of existing customers list of the company  - Establish all verticals of CBS with majority of Dealers and Projects  - Introduce and promote new products brought out by the company  - Focus on the dealers who are not working / meeting targets for CBS as per their  - Realize the sales targets and walk-in targets set for the Orientation Center each month  - Make plans, set targets for each month for each employee and review their achievements week wise and guide them for corrective actions.  - Ensure that every sales member does at least 6 meetings with customers per working day and self to do at least 6 meetings per working day with internal & external customers  - Co-ordinate with BSI to extend best Customer Care support in the state to all types of customers  - Have control on branch expenses, manpower productivity, receivables, "C" forms etc.  Charu
