Job Summary

The primary role of the sales personnel is to sell banking products (loans) to MSME segment. The role will involve sales through channel partner and direct selling.

Job description:

- The candidate is Responsible for selling Business loans.

- The candidate has to Manage relationship with channel partner and achieve individual targets.

- The candidate has to evaluate client profile to check the credit suitability

- The candidate has to evaluate the customer profile and suggest the right product.

- Responsible for branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of the branch.

Qualification and Skills and experience: 

Graduate\ Postgraduate: 

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Banking Sales is required.

- Exposure of working in NBFC or Banks in the Loan Division is mandatory.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must Have skills - "DSA", "Banking experience", "Business loans"
