Location : Panaji (Goa)
Reporting : Regional Head - West
Role : To achieve the budgeted office sales target for all sales verticals at the office level & to achieve operational efficiency at the office level
SALES FUNCTION :
- Allocation of office sales target to the respective verticals of the office in consultation with the Regional Head.
- Ensure adequate manning against the budgeted sales target of the verticals at the office level.
- Ensure effective communication of premium targets to respective office sales managers in consultation with the Regional Head.
- Drive the office sales team to achieve the budgeted target
- Maintain the product/channel mix as per the business plan to ensure office profitability
- Monitor & optimize the cost of acquisition of the channel
- Track productivity of the office inclusive of performance of each SM.
- Set standards and maintain - Business Quality.
- Update the top management on market competition.
- Constantly network with the Underwriting team, Operations Team & Claims team in case of troubleshooting.
ADMINISTRATIVE & OPERATIONAL FUNCTION :
- Ensure effective Policy / Renewal Administration by guiding the Branch service manager on policy & endorsement processing, collections & banking, timely inward of documents etc.
- Ensure timely claims servicing by co-ordinating with claims team
- Own up all internal and external customer service issues
- Owner of BPMS processes in the office
- Co-ordinate with the corporate infrastructure & legal team for issues related to the same.
Candidate Qualification :
- MBA / Post Grad/ Graduate
- 6 to 10 years- experience in direct/channel sales with substantial experience in managing teams.
