Branch Head - Plywood/Wood Industry

Branch Head-Raipur

- Will be responsible to handle the end to end channel sales role, a person who can handle the branch independently along with a team. Would be responsible for entire Raipur & Chhattisgarh area.

- Reporting - Directly reporting to VP-Sales & Marketing.

- Key skills required in Sales management, Channel & distribution management, Business development, Team management.

Job Role :

- To regularly monitor outstanding cycle with the objective of reducing the payment receivables that includes - customer credit control and approval, overdue receivables.

- To develop & drive the sales strategy for the achievement of annual sales target for the assigned region.

- To finalize, approve and monitor budget for undertaking sales activities in line with the overall business objectives.

- Team management, formulate and monitor set targets for each team members, motivating the team to reach their set targets, Manage the customers.

- Gathering market intelligence, tracking competitors' moves and providing valuable inputs to the management for fine-tuning the strategies.

- Training and monitoring the performance level of Sales & Service Staff for ensuring superior customer service and accomplishment of sales targets.

- Liaise with Builders, Architects, Carpenters, Contractors, Dealers, etc. for ensuring smooth business. Plywood, Laminates, Veneer, Doors

- Identifying & appointing key-target dealers; establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable partners; responsible for managing four dealerships

- Ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances, maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business.

- Candidate from Plywood, Wood industry would preferred.

- Any graduate (MBA-Preferred). Excellent communication skill, written & verbal

- Channel sales experience 11-16 years at least 7years in the same industry.

- Chhattisgarh geographical experience is a must.
