Job Description
Non Metro Activation (NMA) is the created business team in the Mini Metros with the following objectives:
- Generate Revenue
- Fulfill Brand Connect with Readers
- Help in Brand Positioning in Mini Metros
- On-board non-advertisers
- Create IPs - Year on Year in Mini Metro Markets
- Build on weak markets where regularity of business is a major issue
- Get a long-term visibility of advertiser spends
- Develop strategy and sales plan for revenue from event led advertising in Ahmedabad with focus on specific categories and events that can be developed in Gujarat market.
- Prepare for and co-ordinate innovations and present ideas to clients to meet their advertising objectives.
- Carry the activation revenue target for the state. Initiate contact, meet and understand needs of prospective clients, accompany team members on prospective high value calls, review and present proposals, suggest appropriate communication solutions in conventional or non-conventional formats to prospective clients in order to increase usage from existing clients and induce usage from new clients
- Evaluate the brief given by the client being approached for a specific IPR and direct the local team to gather the relevant data to come up with ideas and innovative solutions basis the brief, to help build customized solution and connect in order to maximize the value for the client and secure business.
- Should be able to lead/ review and support the team to achieve both revenue and profitability targets. Should be able to give direction to the team and get a course correction done to enable the departmental objectives are met

Candidate Education and Experience -
- Relevant Experience: 10-14 years in Sales & Marketing
- Should have worked in Activations or BTL business
