Qualification : MBA

Age - not more than 38 yrs

Yrs of exp : 8yrs +

Must have handled team members who are on company payroll

Must have handled 2cr turnover monthly.

1. Review distribution sales against target on monthly basis.

2. Ensure productivity of SO/ASE and to appointment distributor and dealer.

3. Generate Business development for VAP and Institutional Sales.

4. Must have Good Communication Skills and Analytical Skills. strategies and business development.

5. Experience in planning market

6. Must have Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

7. Develop business plan for long term sales and generating business

Below are the essential checks to be done(to be answered)

1. MBA - Full time

2. Must have handled team on companies payroll

3. Must have handled 2.5cr turnover monthly

4. Should not be a job hopper, must have stayed in the current company for minimum 3 yrs

5. Age - not more than 38 yrs

6. Must have exp in General trade (having exp in retails and modern trade would be an added advantage)

7. Should be mobile - ready to move to any location in India
