2. Ensure meeting with budgets allocated by controlling officer w.r.t. assets, liabilities, third party products.

3.Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.

4. Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

5. To ensure that the work is conducted in accordance with audit & compliance standards.

6. Bring in new customers and boosts profits.
