SUMMARY: Maintains full responsibility for THE IT BUSINESS UNIT under the HR Consulting Domain, including profitability, product management, resource planning and Budgeting and THE IT BUSINESS UNIT operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for overall P&L account of the BUSINESS UNIT
- Creates sales projections and sets objectives for the BUSINESS UNIT products
- Coordinates Product management with the Unit Team and external / internal stake holders and/ or service providers
- Develops and executes full strategic sales and marketing plans and programs for the BUSINESS UNIT products (including all the products that are there in the Company's Portfolios)
- Drives sales effort for the services and products for the company
- Responsible for increasing and tracking company market share
- Identify new Markets and Segments to penetrate for the expansion of the market of the company
- Responsible for advancing Company Customer Service Reputation with external & internal Customer base
- Constructs and administers budget for The IT Business Unit
- Develop business in Country and Outside by building a performance oriented team
- Assigns and allocates resources to achieve specific business results
- Identify new opportunities, products and services through market intelligence and customer interactions
- Understands the different customer types in the Industry handled by him / her and identifies new ways of making way for new business opportunities-
- Builds a strong aggressive team and monitors performance of the team and takes steps to execute the goal set for The IT Business Unit
- Is able to predict the manpower requirement of The IT Business Unit and submits a Manpower Planning document and reviews the same vis a vis the execution
- Builds a strong Delivery team at identified location and sets up systems and processes to ensure that the customer requirement is fulfilled within the fixed TAT
- Continuously tries to reduce the TAT working with the team and the portal
- Follows up on the revenue and collections (escalation)
- Maintains strong bottomline for The IT Business Unit
- Demonstrates strong skills working with Parent Company and international Customers
- Complies with all Company policies such as adherence to Company Quality Standards
- Incorporates Company standards of excellence into daily work to foster a Total Quality environment and demonstrates personal commitment to excellence
- Other functions as required (non-critical functions)
