Branch Head - Financial Advisory & Consulting Firm

Urgent requirement for the Profile of Branch Head/Pune with one of the Financial advisory and consulting Firm.

KRA-

Primary Responsibilities

1.Business Development: Approach, Breakthrough & meet Top Management of Reputed Mid/Large Corporate to explore opportunities of partnering with them for raising Funds via Debt & Equity route by closing the Mandate with the identified Prospect.

2.Manage Business Development Team to ensure prolific quality flow of New Business into the Branch .

3.Credit Execution: Ensure Smooth Execution of the Proposal by directing the Credit Team towards running the proposal efficiently at Banks/NBFCs /other Financial Institutions

4.Manage Credit -Execution Team to ensure seamless execution of proposals at identified target Banks & NBFCs

5.Act as a Key Link Between Management & Branch Team

6.Execute all Strategies Laid out by the Management & the Country Head : towards Business Development, Execution or any other initiatives in the interest of the Branch

7.Maintain & Submit basic Review Reports to the Management to enable smoother functioning of the branch in line with Management Strategies, Initiatives & Directives

8. Drive Branch overall target in terms revenue and cross sell
