Job Title : Branch Head

Experience : 10-14 years

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for revenue generation and own the targets for the city / territory

- Leading a sales team of Zonal Managers, Area Sales Managers, Account Managers and would be responsible for achieving revenue goals

- Responsible for creating / maintaining excellent relationships with clients and tailor make solutions to suit their business needs

- Need to collect and share regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales

- Responsible for developing team members and groom them for higher positions within the company

- Need to comply with the Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & high levels of integrity.

- Need to work in complex sales structures, relationship-based selling, and have experience in long-sales cycles. Along with an outstanding ability to analyze sales trends, spot opportunities and are excellent in execution / planning

- Should not be above 37 years of age

- Should have handled a minimum team size of 30 -50 People

- MBA from a premier institute would be an added advantage
