Designation: Branch Head - Corporate Sales for Leading Insurance Broking Organisation
Profile:
The Branch Head Corporate Sales is responsible for increasing Large and SME Corporate client base, Insurance revenues from new acquisition and renewals, market share & client satisfaction in the branch catchment area with the help of a focused team of Relationship Managers and Support specialists
- To drive the sales targets for the branch, allocate them and build teams as per company's annual target and long term objectives
- To maximize branch profits by achieving targeted fee income & effective cost management
- To effectively deploy schemes, participate in contests & prioritize sales of high revenue products
- To plan and execute local area programs and referrals programs for new client acquisition and business momentum
- To monitor individual and team performance and take steps to improve productivity, target achievement and take corrective steps, if required
- To constantly engage with the Local representatives of the General Insurance companies and maintain effective relationships
- To liaise extensively with the Back office team for reminders on renewals, client servicing and information sharing, etc.
- To monitor and guide all day to day administrative operations of the branch
- To monitor client servicing metrics, develop relationship marketing programs & motivate RMs to display highest levels of client servicing standards
- To send periodic reports to HO for market share analytics for different Insurance lines, sales volume & fee income, reconciled branch income, response to new product launches, new clients acquired, cross-sell tie-ups & changes, etc
- To ensure security of the physical assets of the branch
- To oversee and ensure adherence to the Risk compliance and Statutory compliance policies
- To set and monitor process for new client acquisition and institutionalize cross selling of financial products
- To disseminate research based advisory services to clients based on recommendations given by In-house Research team.
- To focus on retention of customers, higher revenue generation and referral activities
- To continuously scan the local market penetration & competitive offerings & report on emerging trends for different product lines
- To ensure client records are up to date in terms of financial details & contactability and run data analytics on them on periodic basis
- To regularly attend trainings and learn about the products offered and ensure all branch employees attend training & are aware of alternate products
- To ensure speedy resolution of client queries and grievances to maximize satisfaction levels
- To increase business through cross-selling initiatives & innovative product mixes
- To use alternate products and advisory services to activate inactive customers
Experience:more than 10 yrs in corporate / institutional sales
CTC: Max upto 30 Lakhs
