Branch Head - Consumer Durable Lifestyle Product

Location: Pune

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :-

- Team management - To direct and guide team members.

- Driving business - To drive the business and achieve required business plan and growth.

- Channel management - To understand the requirement of each of the channel (say Hyper Stores, Retail, Distribution, Trade, Key accounts, B2Betc) and add value to the channel business.

- Operations & SOPs - Ensure strict adherence of SOPs, with respect to channel and depot operations.

- Depot management - Stock planning, Monitoring and control of merchandise.

- Creative & innovative thinking - To come up with creative ideas of improving retail and other channel business.

Job Experience & Requirements :

Education - MBA (Full Time)

Experience Requirements :

- At least 8 to 14 years of experience in a leading role.

- Should have handled Hyper, Retail, Distribution and Key accounts channels.

- Only West Zone candidates Preferred
