We per having an urgent opening as BRANCH MANAGER for a reputed company into BUILDING MATERIAL based at MUMBAI location.

Team Size : 15

Handling 3 distributors & 1000 retailers

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Administering the entire gamut of business planning and driving strategic initiatives; formulating corporate goals, short & long-term budgets, developing business plans for the accomplishment of targets.

- Tracking competition & market movement; evolving sales strategies in-line with current market scenarios

- Safeguarding business & ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving or surpassing sales targets; expanding business reach and creating new sales

- Collaborating with sales group to ensure accurate sales reporting & forecasts; analyzing sales data to spot trends & \compare against forecasts

- Devising the schemes for the distributors of various products in consideration keeping the sales budget in control

- Working closely with senior management for developing agreed business development plans; developing the annual

- business plan for the dedicated markets and product line in sync with the annual profit plan

- Supervising the resources of assigned regions including operating staff, sales team as well as the business acquisition and achievement of allocating budgets

- Developing strong market knowledge of existing and potential clients and ensuring business growth opportunities aligned to company's strategic plans and goals

- Monitoring Sales Team on various parameters set by management and providing them support to achieve better efficiency and meet & exceed set targets

- Spearheading activities related to Distributor Management by sourcing & appointing distributors as and when required; motivating and training the Distributor Team on a regular basis

- Maintaining Sales Tools including Execution Planner, Coaching Calendar, Territory Score System Compliance and so on; assigning KPIs to the team and ensuring that they achieve the same

- Achieving revenue targets for Distribution, Retail & Projects Channels; collaborating with channel partners/dealers, architects & builders for business development

- Ensuring timely receivables, debtor management and financial discipline in the business and compliance with the credit

- limit of each customer & timely recovery of the same

- Performing internal audits, assessing team performance and rendering suggestions on weekly basis for improvement

- Making proper coordination with all divisions like Sales Operation, Commercial, Factory, Branding and complaint handling team.

- Developing business relation through various activities like in shop meet, contractors meet, dealers meets, architects gifts.

- Building & maintaining relations with clients, generating business from the existing accounts, achieving profitability and increased sales growth

- Regular check on competitor's movement-Schemes, Promotional activities, Pricing

- Conducting Architect and Contractors meets through team and participating in those Meets to boost the moral of both
