Job Description For Branch Manager :

- Adeptly delivering towards attaining annual sales targets within the given time frame, thereby contributing in enhancing the company's productivity & profitability.

- Lead and monitor a team of to streamline and maintain smooth banking operations in the branch.

- Manage customer branch centric banking operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.

- Handling transaction banking operations, generating business and cross sales. Responsible for customer service and ensuring profitability of the branch.

- Ensure target achievement through all channels of Branch Banking.

- Ensure clarity of Business objectives among staff and effectively monitor, mentor Relationship Manager, Branch Service and Operations Manager, Credit Manager and other sales and operations staff.

- Complaints Handling.

- Review Branch Operations reports.

- Branch Merchandising & coordination with Marketing at product level.

- Ensure compliance with Banking rules, Regulations, Procedure & Statutory bodies
