Job Summary
- Unified Sales and P&L head for the Branch for all retail banking products including 3rd party products
- To support all other business units (e.g. Mortgage, SME, etc) of the Bank
- Upkeep of Branch ATM, Sales Offices, other infrastructure etc
- Support recruitment of staff; performance appraisals
Detailed Responsibilities
- Sales and Revenue Responsibility for Liability, Wealth Management, and All Fee products for the Branch
- Sales and Revenue responsibility of 3rd party products e.g. Investment Services and Insurance
- Delivery of Operating Profit Budgets for the Branch through revenue and cost management
- Distribute & track Branch Budgets & Targets on monthly/quarterly/annual bases and also by product types.
- Customer acquisition, retention, deepening, cross-selling
- Complaint Management
- Monitor business analytics & publish MIS thereof.
- Staff motivation; low attrition; career counseling
Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.
Qualification
- Essential - Graduate
- Desired - Post Graduate in any field
Experience
- Essential - 8-10 Years Branch Banking experience
- Desired - Handled a Branch for at least 2 years before.
Desired skills and competencies
- Should have done branch managerial or a senior branch banking role before
- Should have Team Handling and/or Leadership Role
- Should have handled revenue and profit responsibility operations as well as exposure to banking products
- High sales orientation/ relationship skills
- Experience in Wealth products Sales highly desirable
