Branch Head - Bank

We are looking Branch Head for one of the Leading Bank for Goregaon and Kandivalli Mumbai.

Experience- Minimum 2 Years (Into Branch Manager)

Job Description-

1. Lead a result-oriented team and is responsible for managing the Branch Profitability, ensuring high quality service and Customer Relationship Management

2. Own all branch-banking objectives and overall branch supervision

3. Ensure achievement of overall Branch Targets by generating business and cross sales

4. Key Customer Relationship Management & supervision of all High Net Worth customer programs

5. Ensure all components of the branch sales model function as per design

6. Complaints Handling

7. Review Branch Operations reports

8. Branch Merchandising & co-ordination with Marketing at product level

9. Ensure clarity of Business objectives among staff

You should be currently working as BM with reputed private bank in Mumbai.
